How to Construct Your UNIX Account's Username and Initial Password

Your UNIX account's username is the first 2 letters of your last name followed by the first 2 letters of your first name followed by the last 4 digits of your student ID. For example, if your name is John Doe and your student ID is 123456789, then your username is dojo6789.
